We feel that through reading there is discovery, wonder-- a world of ideas. We know that the job facing media specialists, teachers, and librarians is bringing that world to students and the community on a limited budget.

We stock good, clean copies of used books-- priced at 1/2 the cost of new books. In recognition of the important roles that schools and libraries have in our communities, we offer them an additional 15 percent discount.

Shopping tips for Teachers, Media Specialists, and Librarians:

●Feel free to email your book list. We will search our stock and set aside titles you request.
●We are happy to invoice your school or institution. Just bring your purchase order.
●We will pay for your parking in the garage directly across the street from our shop.

We appreciate your role in our community and will work with you however we can.

Our Gift Certificates are available for any amount, never expire and are good on all books & merchandise in our store. All Gift Certificates are written by hand. Gift Certificates of $25 or higher value come in a beautiful sleeve of handmade paper embedded with wildflower seeds, which can be planted in a sunny spot.
