Current Recipient ~ Community Action Head Start
Community Action Head Start is a comprehensive early childhood education program for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers from at-risk backgrounds. From earth math and reading skills to confidence and resilience, we help children build the abilities they need to be successful in school and in life. Our whole family approach empowers families to break the cycle of poverty.
Community members can help Head Start by making a financial contribution, sponsoring a classroom for a year, donating supplies like diapers & wipes, or volunteering. To learn more, visit Community Action at Work (link) and click “How to Help.”
